The Urban Tour: Herbs Everywhere
The first part of our journey is the Urban Herbal Tour, a unique experience that will make you see your surroundings in a new light. You'll discover how everyday plants growing in yards, along streets, in temples, and in public gardens in Thailand possess amazing medicinal and beneficial properties. We’ll learn to identify dozens of species, from Kaffir lime to common plants like lemongrass and turmeric. The tour offers professional knowledge in a lighthearted atmosphere, revealing the deep connection between Thai culture and its traditional medicine.
Herbal Tea Blending: Health in a Cup
After the tour, we'll return to our studio for a relaxing and healthy Herbal Tea blending Workshop. Here, you'll learn about powerful plant combinations that can help you with a variety of everyday issues, from improving digestion to calming your mind. Each participant will create two personalized tea blends tailored to their specific needs and tastes. You'll leave the workshop with fresh blends and the knowledge to continue enjoying herbal teas at home.
Ya-Dom Workshop: Your Personal Inhaler
The third and most refreshing part of the day is the workshop on making Ya-Dom, the traditional Thai herbal inhaler. You'll learn about over 15 natural ingredients, including plants and essential oils like menthol, eucalyptus, and camphor, that make up the inhaler. We’ll uncover the secrets behind our master's original recipe and craft a personal inhaler just for you—whether for treating congestion, relieving headaches, or simply for a feeling of freshness. By the end of the workshop, everyone will have a unique, custom-made Ya-Dom inhaler.

By the end of the day, you'll leave with a complete toolkit of knowledge and experience that will stay with you long after the workshop is over. Each participant will receive two bags of herbal tea blends to prepare at home, based on the recipes chosen in the workshop, as well as a personal, refreshing, and unique Ya-Dom inhaler.
